This site has no forms. If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or social media we use your data (name, phone, message) only to reply and manage your booking.

Online bookings

Online bookings are made on the Zappy platform (zappysoftware.com), which processes the data you enter there under its own privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention

Your consent and performing the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Data is kept only as long as needed or legally required.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, its network logs technical data such as your IP address and browser, only to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare acts as a processor; international transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
